Karina Thomas graduated from the Royal College of Art in 1992 with a Masters in Constructed Textiles and has since worked as a designer and lecturer across the field. She was a founding partner of Salt window treatments has worked with Clementine Blakemore Architects, Ford Motor Company, Tom Dixon, Portmerion Potteries, Arjo Wiggins, The International Colour Authority and Kapp Lambda Rugs and has had pieces commissioned for the British Embassy in Moscow
